Visa Free Travel

Ordinary passport holders from these countries don’t need from visa for their travels to Turkey. Citizens of Ukraine may also use their valid biometric ID cards for their travels to Turkey.

Up to 90 days within 180 days starting from the first entry date:

Albania, Andorra, Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of PRC, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Qatar, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Romania, Russian Federation (60 + 30 days), San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, St. Christopher (St. Kitts) & Nevis, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Ukraine, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vatican (Holy See), Venezuela.

Up to 30 days within 90 days starting from the first entry date:

Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belarus, Brunei, Costa Rika, Latvia, Macao Special Administration, Mongolia, Thailand, Turkmenistan.

Visa Free Travel without any limits

Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

e-Visa application

Ordinary passport holders from these countries are required to have visa to enter Turkey. They can obtain e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr. Also they can get their visas from Turkish diplomatic representations abroad.

UK passports holders with “British National Overseas”, “British Subject” and “British Protected Person” nationality are subjected to visa and they can only get their visas from the Turkish diplomatic or consular missions abroad.

Three month-multiple entry:

Antigua-Barbuda, Australia, Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Haiti, Ireland, Jamaica, Maldives, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America

One month-multiple entry:

Armenia, Indonesia, Mauritius

One month single entry e-Visas:

Algeria (aged below 18 and over 35), People’s Republic of China, Republic of Cyprus, Egypt (under 20 or over 45 years old), Mexico, Namibia, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Surinam, Taiwan, East Timor, Fiji, Zambia

e-Visa application with additional requirements

Ordinary passport holders from these countries can obtain e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr with a valid Schengen members or USA, UK, Ireland visa or residence permit. Otherwise they need to get their visas from Turkish diplomatic representations abroad.

One month single entry e-Visas:

Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Cong, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea (only travelling with Turkish Airlines or Pegasus Airlines), Guinea-Bissau, India, Iraq, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea (only at Istanbul Airport), Pakistan, Palestine, Philippines, Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe

Visa on arrival

Ordinary passport holders from these countries are required to have visa to enter Turkey. They can obtain their entry visas upon their arrival to Turkey at the ports of entry. Also they can get their e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr or obtain visas from Turkish diplomatic representations abroad.

Three month-multiple entry:

Antigua-Barbuda, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Haiti, St Vincent and the Grenadines

Visa required

Ordinary passport holders from these countries need to obtain visas from Turkish diplomatic representations abroad.
